"Cat" stands about 15.1
hands as a coming 3 year old and has still some growing to do. He was started
briefly under saddle in December 2012. He is very smart, quick, and gentle
considering minimum handling.
His dam was used on the
ranch before she joined the brood mare band. She was very easy to train,
smart, quick and cowy.
This colt will look at a
cow and get down to work it. He already shows the quick turns he'll need
to be a reined cow horse or excel around the barrels.
This picture shows him in
his ugly winter coat and he could use a few more pounds - if we still have
him after he shedded out there will be a picture of a beautiful steel gray
at this place!

"Frosty Cat Freckles" was
our last foal in 2010, born late in mid July - he is only 2 weeks old in
these pictures. He sure is a color changer - he went from bay to black
and now slowly graying out. He will stay dark for a long time. |

a few. There is no breeding wasted in this colt - he has the looks to become
